You don't. Your parents have 5 kids to take care of and don't want the responsibility of a puppy/dog on top of that. A dog will NEVER be a replacement for a human sibling. They said no deal with it.

A dog is not a sister. It wont listen and understand you. Its a canine, a decedent of the WOLF, large scavenging, hunting carnivores.

Talk to your parents about getting a puppy and if they agree go to a shelter, DO NOT go to a puppy mill out let or to a pet shop as the pup you get there will have a good chance of being very unhealthy.
