HELP! Pure Bred Boxer has bumps?

My 2 year old pure bred Boxer female has wierd bumps all over her body .... Hundreds! She has very few fleas, we have tried not using dryer sheets and laundry detergent on her bed, we give her organic treats, and we use flea shampoo maybe once a week for the past 3 weeks but the bumps keep returning!
Many factors can cause this type of rash in dogs that should be investigated and treated by vets. Common causes of rash in dogs are:

Allergic reaction due to medicine

Insect bite

Food allergy

Chemical allergy (used on lawns plants, like fertilizers)

Allergy to pollens

Scabies

Fleas

Lice

Scabies

Ringworm

Hormonal imbalances

Treatment of rash depends upon underlying cause. So, if you dog has rash due to any reason, take him to vet for diagnosis and treatment.
May I offer my opinion, having a purebred is nothing to be proud of. Unless it was from a breed rescue, it's sad.

Now, about the bumps, see a vet. We can't possibly diagnose her over the internet, and certainly cannot without a picture.
You are overwashing the poor dog. Just go to the veterinarian and get on a monthly flea program ... problem solved
Maybe it's allergies? Ask your vet.
See your vet.
