i said this dog looks really thin

she said i know right i said yea, u should feed it more then she didn't didnt say anything
It looks thin, but it also depends on the breed of dog. some dogs are naturally thin. It looks like a corgi so it should be a bit heavier. Is there any way you can take a picture from the side? other than that it does look a little thin, a couple of snacks and some good meals should do the trick.
If the dog is getting 1-3 feedings per day, it's fine.

It could just be genetics, or something else [such as worms]. You can't see the spine or anything, and if the Vet says it's healthy there's a good chance the dog is fine.

That's not abuse.

ETA: If the dog doesn't have worms and is eating fine [1-3 meals per day is just fine], then tell her to discuss a food that's higher in protein.

ETA: That's too tall to be a pure, well-bred Corgi.
It is a little thin but it cold just be that the dog is very active. My husband had a dog when he was a teen that was very thin. She was healthy just the type of bread that doesnt put on weight easily. Heres a picture of her http://tinypic.com/r/2mgnl11/7. So i wouldnt worry about it. If the dog is skinnier next time you see it then i would get worried about it but for now it looks healthy:)
That dog is thin. is that a corgi? you shouldn't be able to see ribs that bad, but most corgies are over weight, i think it should gain at least 3lbs. It may be better on it's legs that it's thin but, not that thin.
Its on the thin side-you would have to feel the whole body and ribs to really see - I don't see ribs showing but a few pounds would not hurt.
Poor doggie!! As long as the vet says that it's fine, then it's fine. But, a few pounds wouldn't hurt it either.
yes she should take it to a vet
