If you don't know that and don't have a breeding mentor to ask then you shouldn't be breeding?
They can be as young as 7-9 months, but is it advisable NO. A female dog that you has not fully developed when it comes to her reproduction parts. They do not come to maturity till around 2-2 1/2 years of age.
Since you do not have the knowledge about breeding it takes to be breeding dogs I would advise you to spay your dog when she reaches about 6-7 months or after her FIRST heat. Breeding a dog the size of a Boxer is not a money making venture, but then again neither is breeding small dogs.
Breed her ONLY when ALL of the following is done:
1. Dog is AKC registered
2. Dog is at least 2 yrs old and not over 6 yrs old and been tested for ALL genetic problems in the breed (hip dysplacia cannot be tested till 2 yrs old and no dog should be bred without HD testing).
3. Dog has been show to champion title in the show ring.
4. You have written permission from the breeder to breed her.

Otherwise call your vet tomorrow and have her spayed.
After age 2 - AND after she's had hip/elbow x-rays (radiographs cannot reliably be done before age 2), checked for cardiac disease, & thyroid function, at the very least. Breeding her without any of that puts her at risk if she has any of those conditions, as well as the puppies' health. This is providing she is a breed-worthy specimen in the first place, and not pet-quality.
add: She can go into her first heat around 6 months old or older.
Her first heat can begin as early as 4 months, although most don't start until at least 6 months. She should be spayed no later than 6 months.
Then why don't you re-word the question so people don't assume. Her first heat she can get pregnant, so around 6 months. Spay her.
