I'll take your question seriously if you truly don't understand. Birth is a process that is necessarily painful in some respects. Nature doesn't want us to go roaming around dropping babies or puppies or kittens, so the contractions that expel our young make you want to lie down! Don't worry. If she's having puppies pretty regularly, she 'll be okay. If she seems to be laboring for a long time with no results, then you need a vet to step in, just in case a pup is stuck and can't get out.
