Raw diet, what if my dog doesnt eat any organs, is that bad?
my dog doesnt eat any organs like liver, she just leaves it in the bowl and will eat everything else. is that bad? does she really need to eat organs?
Try organs other than liver.
You may need to cook them to get her used to the taste and feel in her mouth.
Gradually lessen the amount of cooking until she accepts it raw.
not sure why you would want to feed your dog fresh meat when commercial dog food is especially formulated to meet all their nutritional their needs however it is in a dogs natural instinct to prefer warm meat so if you lightly cook it and let it cool to body temperature.but if you are to cook it i would recommend you cook it thoroughly to avoid giving your dog food poisoning
yes, is it really bad.
Yes, she really needs to eat organs, especially liver. She can also eat kidney, pancreas, sweetbreads and lungs, as well as green tripe.

If your dog is really refusing liver, you could check this site:
www.greentripe.com
They sell a tripe/organ meat blend that I imagine most dogs would eat: the scent of the tripe will cover anything else, and green tripe is an excellent supplement that is practically a necessity for raw feeders, as well.
My personal advice is to feed it outside; dogs love the smell, but people are not fond of it.
Yes it is bad. They get most of their nutrients from organs. She only needs to eat liver and kidney. Other organs are optional. You can just try not feeding her until she eats it. Dogs wont starve themselves.
