There is almost bound to be a Breed Club where you are (certainly in Canada). Contact them and see if there's a breeder locally (maybe not because they are comparatively rare). They should be able to point you in the right direction.

Why dont you get a golden retreiver instead? goldens are my common not rare like the noca scotia look at a shelter or at a breeder.
