I took off some acrylic nails, i left the room for 10 seconds and my dog ate them! What do I do?

Nothing, the dog will probably pass them in a few days. Just dont leave them out again.
I can't imagine that they were to tasty! Dogs will eat strange things! I don't think they will hurt your dog, I have lots of dogs that eat lots of strange stuff and it never seems to bother them to much. Some times lots of bad gas, if ya know what I mean..
