What can I do to exercise my dog?

What can I do to exercise my dog?
I can't walk him in the public because the council listed him too vicious.
He is a 3 year old Pitbull and Can't be taken into the public as he is a danger to children.
How can I exercise him?

My Backyard is 25m x 30m is that big enough?
Find an empty field and take him there? maybe even drive outta the city cause he deff needs to run. Also have you thought about taking him to abidance school to try and help with his aggression?
Are you allowed to walk him with a muzzle on?
If not, I would throw a toy or a ball/frisbee around the yard to get him to run around in the yard with you. You might also consider agility equipment...jumps and things like that (as long as he is healthy and no joint/hip issues) As long as you get him moving, it doesn't matter how big/small your yard is. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com
It is nice to hear that you are going to work with the dog rather than just put him down, though it's a big responsibility.
Play in the yard with him.
You should definitely take him out to the field if you have a chance. if not i would probably recommend to get the weights they have for pit bulls. and make him carry them around in the yard. that way when you do play ball or Frisbee with him he will get exhausted double, and thats helps him get stronger. You should definitely look into getting him a muzzle. They should allow you to do that. & a harness would come in handy too. this website has a leather harness very nice and not as expensive as others:

Frisbee, ball, hide and seek, Puzzle balls, and even invest in a tread mill so he can just RUN every day! 'Find it' is also a fun, exercising, mind stimulating game. Have him smell a tasty treat and then go inside a bedroom and hide it say, under a shirt. release your dog to 'find it' and watch him work! He will have so much fun searching for it and then even getting rewarded with it when he finds it. Start off in a small room and help him along at first, once he catches on let him do it in the entire house or yard. very stimulating game! Best of luck!
if you have a treadmill you could put him on that, ive heard of ppl putting dogs on treadmills. or you could play frisbee with him or even take him swimming. course its too cold to swim right now. thats all i got for ya
