The dog has clearly been hit by a car and should have been taken to a vet 2 days ago. How can you watch him in agony and not do a darn thing to help him? WTF is wrong with you people?

Are you just going to sit at your computer while your dog suffers and dies a slow painful death due to neglect?

It's against the law to withold vet attention from a sick or injured animal. If someons puts you in, and I hope they do, you will be prosecuted and will face court on an animal cruelty charge.

Karma eventually repays people who are cruel to animals. You've got stuff coming your way.

First thing is first, stay calm. Dogs can pick up on nervous or excited energy. If you calm down, so will your dog. Please take the dog to the vet, any vet clinic should be open for emergencies, so don't worry about an appointment. He sounds like he is coming down with an infection too. Your vet will be able to give you some antibiotics to give your dog, and she can also treat any infected area with disinfectant and stitches if needed.
