Dog has reaction on back?

Dog has reaction on back?
I took my dog to the vet yesterday cause i noticed her being sluggish the day before and she was really tender on the right side of her neck. but let me tell you everything that lead up to that....well yesterday her hair on the right side of her neck and her shoulders and some small spots on her butt was standing up.(kinda looked like bed head)but when i went to pet her to brush it down she screamed. so then i just held her and gently rubbed her fur in the wrong direction to look at her skin. it was kinda a dark pink. so i called the vet and took her in. the vet thought she may have tissue separation. which can be caused by large dogs playing and when they bite they will shake. so she gave me carprofen(like rimadyl) and tramadol. well some of her swelling went down on her back but ive noticed its seeping. looks like some blood and something slimy. its just like a few smaller than dime sized spots. but now she is so sensitive i can even touch the ends of the hairs.when i first noticed the seeping it was where the vet had used a flea comb to see if maybe she had a skin irritation or something.so i thought that maybe since she is to tender it could have scratched her. well i called the vet and they said i should bring her in but i honestly dont have the money right now to spend again today. i just lost my job before Christmas so i really dont have the extra finances. so i called back and talk to the vet she said since my dog has only been on the meds for half a day that i should maybe give her til the first of next week to get better. if it gets worse before then to bring her in asap or if doesnt get better and doesnt get worse to bring her on monday. i have never seen a dog or any animal with this problem. can anyone help please! if you need more info just let me know pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

also she is functioning normal, you can just tell shes really uncomfortable.
answer:
I think you should call your vet, some things that don't seem too bad can turn out more serious than you think. Plus it;s hard to tell online.
If you are concerned, please don't ask Yahoo Answers to tell you what's wrong. Call the vet that you just saw and let them know.
