Does this mean my dog has fleas?
She constantly scratches her ears, And won't stop fidgeting! does this mean she has fleas? i just want to know so i can go to my vet and ask for treatment! i also found a little bug in her fur! ( i checked it's not a flea and not a tick) so please help!
answer:
Have you seen any fleas? If she doesn't have fleas you can still put her on Frontline or Advantage.
Have you looked in those ears? If this is the area she is scratching the most then I would bet she has an ear infection.

Stick your nose down in her ear. What does it smell like? If it has any smell which is repulsive in any way she has an infection. If there is garbage in her ear she has an infection.

Ear infections are not all the same therefore, a vet needs to take a culture and determine what kind of infection and prescribe the correct ear wash/ear treatment/medication.
if you have a long haired dog, there is probably hair growing on the inside. usually dogs will get a really smelly infection that itches them. you should get the hair removed.
as for the bug, i would suggest getting her the once a month flea drop thinger

:)
Sounds more like ear mites or an ear infection. When you go to the vet they will check her ears and check for fleas, and get you the right treatment.
Her ears may be dirty. Clean them with a cotton ball and some ear cleaner.
