She went out to use the bathroom and she kinda just sat there and leaned to the side to urinate.She usually is quiet but today she was grunting and barking.She usually is all over our feet but today she just sits in the bathroom and whines until someone comes and gets her. She'll walk a few steps then sit and just continue this cycle.She 's between 8-10 weeks please help

Round worms will cause a large belly but not the other symptoms you describe. It sounds as if your dog has an intestinal blockage. This means she swallowed something such as sock, a toy, and it will not pass. Your dog is in pain. A blockage can kill her. She needs to go to the emergency vet today.
HEY JOJO ... big belly often indicates worms and even though it's a puppy something is wrong and go to an online vet site and research what sort and how many pills to give her you will need to know her weight to calculate dosage ... if after giving the worm pill a few days later her belly is still swollen then you need to get her checked out and btw GOOD LUCK.
Get her to the vet! Tell them what "s wrong, this is a good idea to check her and her system and they might even have a vitamin to give her. Have you got your dog shots? Ask the vet about it. Also, if she is having diarrhea, take it in a bag to the vet. They will look at it and make sure there is nothing bad in her system.
Oh, take her to the vet. Once you do she'll be completely OK. Trust me.
