She has a puffy muscular looking face (which she normally doesn't?) And her eyes are red ...... She was eating grass earlier but shes done that before and nothing has happened .... we are probably going to take her to the vet tomorrow but does anyone know whats wrong?

She has allergies like we humans have .. You need to see another vet ..
Your poor dog is suffering and needs relief .. She also needs some dog eye drops for her red sore eyes .. The hives may be from taking benadryl .. Good luck and i hope your dog is feeling better real soon ..

did she eat contaminated grass/Nip on a bee or wasp?
Allergies perhaps?
Give her 1/2 tablet of Benadryl, see if the swelling goes dow. I have 3 dogs here and the lil rascals are always doing some dang dog thing.
I heard that grass is a like a home remedy for dogs, thats y they eat it ... but if that didnt work you sould have alreay taken her to the vet ... this seems serious
I dont know what is wrong but until tomorrow keep a very close eye on her. You don ' t want it to be worse.
