My dog is starting to pee in the house?

My dog is a year and 7mos old. He has never had a problem peeing outside, and I left for training for a week and my husband was with the dogs and he peed three times already in the house, and he has been taken out at the same times. Is there a reason he's doing this? We take them out the same times regularly, he eats the same dog food. My dog is a Corgi by the way.
He could now be the Pack leader. Since you left and it's now him and your husband, he could feel he is the pack leader and he is mark what he thinks he owns. Your husband needs to walk him more and for a longer time. Put the pup back in his place and the problem should pass, Good Luck!!
Has he been neutered? He is at the age where a male dog begins to mark his territory. This is a bad habit that you need to stop right away. You need to clean up all of the places where he has left his mark with special urine cleaner you can get at the pet store - like Natures Miracle. Then watch him closely and stop him before he lifts his leg to mark again. I have found it helps to take my dog on a walk and let him mark in a field near my house.
Rule out something medical, it could just be the stress of a change in the household. I also find that when a "husband" says he will help with the puppy, in your mind you really think he is going to help with the puppy, in his mind watching the puppy for 2 1/2 minutes while you brush your teeth is "helping" Get the dog back on your schedule, but rule out something medical just in case.
It could be separation anxiety since you leave him. He is very dependent on you.
he might have some sort of defincency or he might only respond to you ...
