Color is not important in this breed and the standard should be kept no matter the color of the dog.Pit Bulls are lean, agile, all around athletes.Color does not indicate a separate breed or type.
The large mongrels typically referred to as "blue nose pitbulls" are not Pit Bulls.They are mutts, better known as American Bullies.
