How many times do they eat a day? And I don't want to hear "THEY BELONG WITH THERE MOTHER AT THIS AGE"! I don't want to hear that because there's a lot of people that takes care of puppies this young and they grow up healthy. So I don't want anyone bragging that they kno so much about animals cause u don't cause your not a animal doctor. And don't lie saying you are .. I saw too many answers being rude and telling people how to raise a puppy or dog .. Anyways how much does a 4 week old puppy eat? Is it every 4 hours?? Thank u for yalls help!:) oh and the mothers owner gave me the dog, they were trying to get rid of the liter. 4 weeks is old enough to wean off the milk, they have teeth and there ready for mushy puppy food. Canned food or puppy chow with water?? Which is better? And how many hours do they eat?
A puppy should be feed 3-4 times a day around every 4 hours. Try puppy biscuits and puppy wet food also there is puppy milk you can get thats good for them.

Every four hours and you should ask a vet on how much it should eat. I would say do the dry puppy food mixed with puppy formula. Then you could read the back of the pack and it would tell you about feeding the puppy also. that is what i had to do with my puppy that i had gotten that was five weeks old.
It isn't that a 4 week old pup can't survive without the mother. The pup will not receive immunity from diseases that would come from the mother, learn appropriate interaction and social skills that are learned from litter mates...
My puppy I use to feed 3 cups a food a day but she was the runt and the vet advised us not to feed her to much so I can't be sure. and btw thanks for answering my question and yes I like to bite when I'm drunk ...:)
mushy dry food with water is easier for them to digest. every four hours until 8 or 9 weeks. then twice a day.
