She is 9 months and very interested in birds ... When will she become more settled? How can I entertaing both the Lab and Kelpie in her as she is high energy. Is there a calming suplement that can be added to her meals?
Young dogs love to explore and chase things. My dog is still doing that. She is 3 Years Old. Although when i bring her for more walks and play with her more she tends to clam down. Also what helped for me about chasing things was getting a laser and she loves to chase it, so she liked that more than chasing squirrels, birds, etc .. It also gave her more exercise. Also if you speak in a loud voice the loud noises get dogs excited or annoyed so they tend to be hyper or barking ALOT more than usual. I do believe there is a supplement for calming them down. Talk to your local veterinarian for that. Although i do not recommend those. Hope I helped and God bless!
She's a high energy dog of two high energy crosses. Exercise her more. She probably won't settle down until she is about 4yo.
