there is a dog like the siz of a baseball and it isnt just that size as a puppy it stays that same size what is the name of that kind of dog?
the dog is probably a runt or a teacup breed. i have a cousin who bred teacup chihuahuas and they were very small. without a better description its impossible to tell when you saw, try searching yahoo for teacup dogs and im sure you will find a picture of the dog your looking for.
A Chihuahua is the smallest breed of dog, but the only time they might be the size of a baseball is when they are a puppy. The ALC breed standard says they should weigh between 4 and 6 pounds. I have one that i barely 3 pounds (and she is fa from skinny) but most definately bigger than a baseball.

Maybe you are thinking of a prazsky krysarik, toted as the smallest breed in the world as they can get smaller than a chihuahua, but not as small as a baseball I am sure.
