Just a dachsie doing what dachsies do --- getting what he wants.
Any of my 6 would be doing the same thing. Some of the contortions they have managed to get what they want is downright unbelievable - I now leave anything that's remotely food on a high counter, forget cocktail or end tables.
Had one dachsie jump from a futon to an end table, to a tv table and was on top of the tv where an Easter basket was - he was about to get into the chocolate rabbit. Little is safe from an interested chowhound dachshund.
That's a cute video, but I sure hope that dachsie doesn't regularly get salty, fatty, artificially colored and flavored treats like that very often -
Sounds as if you take great care of your dachsie - and he's cute and smart obviously.
