Well, I just looked through my crystal ball and saw that not only does your dog have parvo, but she has hundreds if not thousands of diseases that could fit under these two extremely vague descriptions!
Seriously, those are very vague and common illness symptoms. Vet, please.
If your puppy is passing blood in its feces and is acting lethargic and won't eat, take the puppy to the Vet! It may not be Parvo, but in order to rule that out, the Vet needs to examine it. If you love your puppy do what I said for the sake of the puppy.

Firstly yes ....... But ask yourself these questions: Has your dog been vaccinated? Have you been to a public park (common exposure place)? And is your dog having gross diarrhea? It has a metalic smell to it and usually is dark colored. And if your dog isnt eating right the best thing to do is go to a vet!
