About 2 days ago my dog (almost 1 year old) twisted her leg a bit and started limping but when we got home she was fine but now when i take her out or she starts walking alot she'll do it aging and today she triped while she was playing then tried to walk on her leg and she whimpered then started limping aging, I think she's fine but is there anything I can do to help her?

Sounds like she injured a tendon and with use it causes discomfort. This should really be fine in a day or so. If not, then a call to the vet might be in order.
