NO!! I don't know if you are trolling or just thinking too deap about religious bounderies, but even if you were to "marry" animals before they concieve they do not understand, it makes no difference to them, if you are worried about it because of your beliefs take some solitude in the fact that animals were not married when Jesus was around, so if he dosen't think its an issue, I don't think you have to worry.
If you are worried anyway, marry your dogs before they mate, plenty of people do it, can be cute for the serious dog lovers, but I think its more important to breed responsibly and for the humane interests of the animals, thats what God would want :-)
