Like a medium sized dog ... About how long can they hold going to the bathroom at these ages? I don't want anything else, just about how long they can hold it. Thanks!

1 hour for every two months old, up to 6-8 hours depending on the dog's health and lifestyle for a regular day - being on a schedule makes all the difference in "accidents" ; so a dog can hold it for the same six hours out of every day fairly easily, but not for six hours when they usually have 1-2 bathroom breaks during the day.
A dog that is well house-trained and/or crate trained can hold it longer in emergencies (like if you get into a car accident on the way home from work), often up to 12 hours or more but health and comfort begin to be compromised pretty quickly at that point and cannot do this every day without major health/behavioral consequences.
