Two days ago is when this started, I noticed him not being playful and sitting alone. I think he was running a fever his nose was warm and dry. The next day I took him to the vet, and tests were run and nothing major was diagnosed, I was just told that he might have a virus. Things seemed to be better but then one night he just started shaking. It was mostly the lower part of his body, back legs etc now it seems to be his whole body. It seems to be worse when he inhales .. after this he seemed to be really tired .. He usually will jump on my bed and couch but lately he seems too weak to do so and lays in the same place for hours. He also tenses up if I pick him up, like he's in some sort of pain. I don't know what is wrong? Could it be he's having seizures or something else?
Take him to a vet! It might be important. Otherwise he's just cold.
I had a dog with canine epilepsy and we were able to treat it without using any anti-epilepsy drugs. Our treatment had to do with a major change in nutrition and worked so well that he didn't have a seizure over the final 5 years of his life. Here are some resources that will help you:

you should take him to the vet so they can see whats going on with him he might be sick and you might not know, but since hes suffering right now give him lots of love so he can know that your there for him!
good luck for your dog, i really hope he gets better:)
I am in no way a professional but it could be of arthritis or an injury. If it is an injury it could easily be from jumping on or off your bed and should be checked out by a vet.
what kind is he?? if its a chihuahua he might just be cold but withh him jumoing and all get a ramp and see if he goes up it
Quick! Call the Vet.
