I suspect it is the Presa Canario dog, which can come in at 120 pounds.

If you want to know what the best at fighting is, it is the American Pit Bull Terrier.
They are the undisputed, undefeated champions of the dog pit.
An APBT will often win against dogs such as the Fila Brasileiro and the Tosa Inu, both of which are decent game dogs.

So far I am quite sure that the only dog that has been able to somewhat match the American Pit Bull Terrier in the fight pit consistently is actually a chinese fighting dog called the Sharpei.

Bull Mastiff is a very strong breed of dog but in my opinion it would ultimately depend on how well the dog is trained so you cant really just based it all in their breeding line.

Strongest overall? Or strongest of each size of dog? For example, full size dogs, one might say it's rott, or mastiff, or ifreffering to med dogs, one might say a rat terrier.
It really depends on the dog it self. My cousin has a dog team and they're mixes of all breeds. The strength is something she looks very into. She has husky mixes. Pitbull/husky mixes. Etc!
