When I was out earlier my partner spelt beer on the floor and my dog licked it up. He didn't stop her, he thought it was funny.
What could this do to her? She's been sleeping since then. Is she drunk?

A little bit of spilled (not spelt) beer isn't going to hurt the dog unless the dog has an allergy to the ingredients. In the US, this is more of a problem since the cheaper mass market beers use Rice & Corn in their beer as cheap sweeteners and fillers, and since corn is a common allergy in dogs, dogs may be allergic to the beer.
You and your partner shouldn't get in the habit of doing this, but a lick here or there of beer isn't going to cause any major problem. Dogs can get drunk and dogs can die of alcohol poisoning, so you want to keep this in check NOW before your partner gets any other bright ideas.
I never met a dog that didn't love beer for some reason. But, she is okay I am sure and is sleeping it off, however I would never allow anyone to give alcohol of any kind to her again, it isn't safe and if someone was being a smart as ** they could alcohol poison the dog, and it wouldn't take that much.
Depends on how much she drank!, to be safe rush her to the vets or if not at least call them urgently!

I'm not proud of this but many years ago in school we would share beer/liquor with the mascot. It did seem to get him drunk and didn't seem to have ill effects. I think he lived till about 16ish? Not something I would condone now though but hope my experience helps.
Not a good idea to deliberately give alcohol to a dog, but if it's just a case of licking a little bit of splilled beer, there won't be a problem.
no. your dog's fine. i have a 1 year old shih tzu that drinks some of my mom's alcohol. and she's fine. just don't over-do it.
If it drank too much, maybe a problem, but a large dog could prob drink 3 full beers and be just fine. Well, drunk, but pretty much fine.

I worked witwh a frat that fed 3 different dogs beer and they all died painfully.
a dog does not process alcohol well - its a liver thing.
