my dog lost 2 teeth 1 yesterday and 1 today!!!?

she is 5 months what can i do to help her pain go away?
Teehing is natural at that age so dont worry about that. Take a wash cloth soak it in water or even chicken broth, roll it up tightly and freeze it in the freezer. Give the resulting frozen bone/towel to the puppy. As she chews it will help the teething process plus the cold will help with the pain and swelling. Do not let her tear apart the towel and ingest the fibers it is dangerous for the dog to ingest cotton which is why the cotton rope toys have killed dogs.
Give her some puppy type Milk Bones to gnaw on. That will help soothe her itchy, painful gums, and help to get those baby teeth out as their time comes.

You might also provide her with a little "DOG" ices, such as they sell in PetSmart or PetCo, to help cool her sore gums, too.
Left her lick ice

call the vet and find out the proper dose of baby aspirin, make sure you buy exactly what you are told, some human pain meds are killers of pets
My puppy liked when I wet a wash cloth and froze it, it helped reduce swelling and reduce pain.
give her something cold ... maybe go to a grocery store and buy some "doggy ice cream" thats what i would do:)
Give her some ice cubes?
