My minpin is 6 months, she is a picky eater as well anyways her eating schedule is:
10:30 am
3:30 pm
and 8:30 pm
99% of dogs are not naturally picky. Its us who makes them that way. Find a decent food, see the feeding guide on the back then put it down and leave the dog to get on with it . If its not eaten after 20 mins take it back up and give it back to her at next feed. It doesnt really matter at what times you feed but once you decide try and stick to the same sort of time each day. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon/evening should suffice
Also if youve had the dog since a pup, at 5 months she should be housebroken (not pottytrained, its not a child) by now.
Feed her the recommended amount of food on the bag, spread out over one, two or three meals a day. Depending on your choice.

Regardless of what answers you get, no one can tell you the correct amount without knowing what brand and formula of food she eats.
I don't know the amount, but frequently, little dogs blood sugars can drop quickly. Give her small meals through out the day. check the back of the bag or can, it will give you an idea of the total amount for the day and divide by three or four meals.
