Consistency, treats and routine are your bestfriends. We took our puppy to petsmart puppy training and it was great. I started training my puppy from the begining with treats and routine. when he did something bad i would just say in a sturn voice "NO". and when he was really stuborn I would squeez his nub just to get his attention and again in a sturn voice say "NO". Hitting will help you make them fear you. authorty will help you become alpha dog. do not go back and forth with your traiing no is no and it will always be no. I really suggest puppy or dog class:) Thery will teach you so much:) they will be a great guide!
