I have my dog on a limited ingredient diet with venison as the protien & want to introduce a few treats. I found Wellness brand has venison treats with only Venison, Chicory root & Cultured whey. I'm not sure if the whey is an ingredient I should introduce or if Bella may have a reaction (itchy & hair loss). Thanks, A
Whey is from milk, so no it should not contain gluten unless it has been cross-contaminated with gluten.
Gluten is only found in wheat flour therefore cultured whey should be fine. Whey is a byroduct of milk.
