my dog is acting different he recently was barking like non stop and a different type of bark then i am use too and pooped in the room while it was moving twice in one day and i don't know what is wrong with him the second time he was in my closet just barking he didn't seem like himself so i took him outside to use the Bathroom and he still was acting funny but stopped barking and when i went in the closet he had pooped while he was barking and he had foam in the cage when i looked please help me and tell me any advice that would help i don't know what is wrong with him and thank you ahead of time!

he has rabies, aids, gonoria, herpes, and crabs. So pretty much he is screwed.

this can be life threatening ESPECIALLY to an older dog and you need to take him to the emergency vet RIGHT NOW.

Sounds like he may have gotten into something toxic. He doesn't seem to have control over his movements.
If you can't take him to the vet, don't waste time on here. Call a vet, get advice.

WHAT THE!! TAKE TO VET IMMEADITALY. HAVENT YOU HEARD OF RABIES!!!! HAS HES/SHE HAD THEIR SHOTS!! THIS IS MADATORY. DOGS WITH RABIES DIE FAST! FOAMING AT THE MOUTH!! DONT TOUCH HIM. PUT IT IN CAGE OR SOMETHING. HE NEEDSS HELP FAST.

He may be having seizures; something may be stuck in his stomach creating an extremely painful and life threatening condition; he may have have eaten something poisonous or a million other potential things....

this really is not enough information to give you ideas of whats going on. How old is your dog? What type of dog? Any previous medical history? Current medications? What vaccines has your pet had? is he on heartworm or parasite prevention? Was his BM loose like diarrhea or somewhat formed? Has he eaten in the last 24-36 hours? is he drinking water? Have you seen him throwing up?

My dad bought that flea stuff where you just put the one spot on the back and that made his cat act funny and foam at the mouth. Maybe you used flea stuff on your dog? but if not, you should take your dog to the vet immediately.

He might be rabid.

The vet, DUH.

Take a deep breath. Try to relax and think clearly for a minute...could he have been barking that strange bark (high pitched) at a toad, earlier? And could he have picked up the toad in his mouth? Because if he did, he will foam at the mouth. Toads skin exudes a mild toxin that makes a dog's mouth foam. It's not life threatening.

The pooping thing may be due to something else, something he ate.

If he is indeed rabid (which I doubt for some reason) he will be drooling, foaming and wild-eyed, acting nervous, jumpy and agressive at times. 'Acting funny' is not enough to panic and take him to the emergency vet, IMHO. However, you know him far better than we do and if you have that gut feeling that something is really wrong, don't hesitate: take him to the vet tonight.

David, phone your vet and get your dog in to him tomorrow morning as an emergency appointment. It's useless to post this question here, we don't have a crystal ball.
