Definitely consult your vet. If your nail got torn, you wouldn't want to stay home and watch it bleed.
If the nail is not bleeding, take her to the vet in the morning to have the nail removed. It is a quick easy procedure. If the nail is bleeding or if the dog seems to be in a lot of pain take her the emergency vet. A torn nail that is not bleeding should not be so painful that she will need something for the pain. DO NOT give aspirin as it will thin the blood and can cause bleeding.

If she is chewing on the nail try wrapping it to protect it until you can get her to the vet.
First wrap where its bleeding really tight or clog it with flour of cotton ball. Then take it to the vet it might be safe to pick up something from a drug store to ease the pain. Then make sure the vet looks at it really close because even the slightest bit miscalculation and your dog could get infected and your dog could go to the big dog house in the sky (with my dog pimp (miss ya pimp)
Take her to your vet ASAP, as a dog can easily bleed out through a torn nail, or a nail trimmed too short. On the way to the vet, stick the nail in clean flour to help the blood begin clotting. Also keep pressure on the nail bed with a clean towel until the bleeding stops. Please take your dog in ASAP.
Contact your vet. You want to stay away from human anti-inflamatories because they are toxic to dogs. They should be able to advise you. Besides if the nail is partially torn and she is slightly uncomfortable it will keep her more sedate and in doing so she'll limit her own movement and be less likely to tear anything any farther till you touch base with your vet. GOOD LUCK:)

Call your vet and ask for their opinion. If he/she tells you to bring her in do it. OR just bring her to the vet and see what the vet says. Your dogs injury may get infected and if she's licking it , you should bring her in. If she is licking it, put a sock over her paw to stop her.
I would call your vet. My dog is always chewing on her paws and one time one of my dogs got his claw/nail hung and was in pain but after ahwile he was fine. Just to be safe though you should consult a vet.
Best thing to do would be go to the vet
vet, she might need medical treatment!
