How do orphaned puppies learn skills it would from mother and littermates?
I was wondering how orphaned puppies, i.e. puppies who have been rejected or removed from mother or litter-mates, like stray dogs or rescued puppies learn the skills that it can learn only from mother and litter-mates?
I am asking this question because my puppy mother has died and it was separated from its litter-mates because my friend couldn't handle taking care of 7 puppies. B.t.w my beagle puppy is 5 weeks old and his mother died at age of day 21 and was moved away at age day 26, now its day 35. He doesn't have any major problem apart from aggressive biting and really really bad growling!
Should I take him back to his litter-mates or keep him with me? Please let me know.. thank you :)
