Suggestions for dominant male?
I work as part time help for a boxer breeder (none of the dogs are "fixed") I let dogs out from their inside kennel to their outside play lot for about 15 mins, and then continue to rotate through all the dogs. Out of the 14 dogs, only one has been a constant problem. He immediately jumps on me and starts to mouth my arm (no teeth, but still - don't really fear for my life, its obnoxious. ) He is blind in one eye, and is top dog out of the ones there. I have tried the breeders suggestions of knee to chest when they jump, and she also suggest carrying a stick which I will try tonight. Any suggestions for presenting myself the moment I walk into his room (which he shares with 2 females, each in separate kennels) to appear dominant in the situation and to avoid him acting out?

The best thing you can do is to walk into the room with confidence and try to make yourself seem as big as possible. Stand up straight and have good posture, swing your arms when you walk and do NOT flinch around him. Any sign of weakness on your part such as hesitance or flinching shows that you are submissive to him. Firmly say "NO" if he tries to jump in a strong voice. Do bring the stick but hold it with both hands shoulder width apart (like you're holding onto a shopping cart handle) once you're around him and if he tries to jump, use the stick to block his bite and to push him away. Do not hit him with the stick. Really, since he's obviously a breeder dog, neutering isn't an option so all you can do is show assertiveness back.

You really need to have him fixed. Also show him you are the dominant one not him.
