Labradors or golden retrievers? which do you prefer between the two?
Honestly? Neither.
Both are far too common & not enough of a challenge. I also am NOT a fan of their temperament, and the fact they've been extremely overbred.
They are very similar in nature and tendencies. I prefer a good golden to a lab if I have to choose only between the two...neither are high on my list of preferred breeds though. Find the best breeder you can afford with great bloodlines though, because these breeds are too popular that breeders are a dime a dozen and bad ones out number the quality ones.
both are beautiful, intelligent dogs. my personal preference, between the two, is golden retrievers. labradors just have too much energy for me.
I have my 2nd of a mix of the 2. They are the best dogs in the world!!
I can't choose because while I love both breeds, I think they are too similar in temperament to compare. The Goldens seem to be a bit more laid - back,but that's it. My cousin has had both and I have had mixes of both and they were all great dogs.

there breed has almost never been known to do bad things.

both are great dogs. but my pick is the golden..... well it would have to be since i have 3. my daughter has a black lab, way too much energy. i have to say that i would never own any other breed of dogs. goldens are the best.

It depends on why you want the dog and what you plan on doing with your dog. If just a home pet, I prefer a golden retriever . They make a great companion and are extremely loyal. Make sure you get a purebred with papers.

You want a smart dog, get a Poodle. You want an athletic dog, get a Border Collie. You want a REAL retriever, get a Chesapeake. Labs have a rather dull personality, in my opinion.
