He has been drinking loads and his poos are really runny-he is eating fine though and is active and he seems fine but i dont know whats wrong with him or how to get rid of the diarrea
See the vet. Diarrhoea is serious in a guinea pig. It could be too much green food, or it could be an infection. Better to be on the safe side with a trip to the vet.

Diarrhea can be very deadly to guinea pigs if left untreated because of the bacterial infection that diarrhea is.
If your guinea pig is drinking water excessively, this symptom along with the diarrhea implies that he could be extremely dehydrated.
With diarrhea, the guinea pig cannot absorb the nutrients, vitamins or liquids that he needs on a daily basis.
Since he is drinking so much water, go to the pet store and buy vitamin c drops to put in his water bottle.
You need to get him to an exotic vet asap as diarrhea will kill a guinea pig very quickly.Do not let the eating and acting normal fool you as guinea pig are prey animals and will hide the fact they are ill until it is in the acute stage and often to late to treat. This is how they survive in the wild but makes if very difficult to get them medical care in a timely manner.

I would go to the vet, he probably got sick. I know that some guinea pigs go through times where they drink more water than usual. But still go to the vet. Hope this helps!
