GUINEA PIG HELP! Male guinea pig with swollen left side ..?

My male guinea pig of 4 months is not eating anything and is being still.

When I realised it wasn't eating and happy like it usually was, I picked it up and examined it and somehow there were no visual wounds but it bled on me! Not thick blood but very thin blood mixed with sweat. He is a MALE so can't be pregnant, but on his left side it looks like it is pregnant but on the other it is completely normal. When i touch the big lump on his side his heart races and he slightly squeaks but doesn't jerk. He won't move!!! what should i do!!!
He is obviously in discomfort, or even pain, so you should take him to the vet as an emergency. Not eating is serious in a guinea pig as they go into irreversible liver failure after 16 hours; you should syringe feed him a mash of his food pellets and warm water until you can get him to a vet. It is possible that he has a urinary tract infection and the blood is from his urine, that's why you wouldn't see a wound.
Possible two explanations

1. Tumor

2. Urinary tract infection

The swelling in just his left side leads me to believe that it could more likely be a tumor but UTIs will bloat anyone.

Either scenario, both require immediate vet care. Please don't let your guinea pig suffer, he needs medical attention at the vet, make an appointment for the next 24hrs at the latest.
Take himto an exotic vet asap it sounds as if hes got some sort of tumor.when a piggie shows symptoms, its too late they tend to hide illnesses and wwhen signs of illness show up hes too far gone.
