The cages do look almost exactly alike, but I am not sure if different tubes are compatible or not. I haven't seen any tubes for the habitrail classic cage. Are there any tubes designed specifically for the habitrail classic cage?
I have a habitrail playground, and anything from habitrail is deisgned to fit any of their cages. The message they r trying to say is be creative with your hamsters home:) Good luck!

you can use those habitrail lock connters with the habitrail classic cage to connect any other hamster habitat brand except harts hamster habitats, they arent compatable with any other kind
