i have 3 baby male rats and plan on getting more so i wanna get a large cage i like the ferret kingdom cage but is there any where cheaper in aus?

Keep looking online. Cages don't come cheap that often, so you'll know a good deal when you see one:)
Try local pet stores or if you see any newspaper ads for second hand ones?
I had a cage like the one you linked, and I got it off the Internet. So that's probably your best bet.
