My chinese dwarf hamster is around 18months he's walking around disorented his hearts beating fast and hes making a weird clicking noise, also we gave him some water and notices his scrotum has shrunk and his penis is erected for quite awhile i saw the sugar and water cotton ball advice on his penis but it just wont erect whats wrong with my little guy?
call a vet! ASAP
