Ignore the answers that tell you your hamsters will be born with an extra limb. They will be fine. Rodents can be bred with family many times and generations before effects of inbreeding become apparent. Line breeding hamsters can secure qualities you really like about their genetics but will also cement genetic flaws as well. No matter, this accidental breeding will be fine. Hamsters have no qualms about incest they will continue to breed so papa/brother/son needs to get his own pad (or prepare for more babies) and mother and daughter need their own space to give birth and raise their young.
2 things:
1) there is something wrong with their genetics in the first place. The mother shouldn't be mating with her son.

hope your hamsters are fine. try getting a check-up at a vet.
There shouldn't be any major problems, but just in case, keep a vet's number on hand ... oh, and if they're Syrians , get a hold of 2-3 extra cages, more if you plan to keep the babies. But either way .... no major problems should happen.
they should be fine really, it won't really matter
just when they give birth be careful because mother hamsters like to eat at least one of their babies
If they really were made pregnant how you think they were, then yes, it is quite possible there will be genetic problems.
