my rat is very tired and a little sluggish today, she is only 4 months old so i no its not old age, she hasn't eaten this evening and i haven't seen her drink, does anyone know is she could just be needing some time to chill? or if there sould be something wrong and if so what could it be??

Did you try giving her a treat? Like some yogurt or something yummy that is different from her normal diet? That way you can see if she isn't interested in food at all or just not interested in her normal diet right now. If she isn't interested in anything, then it could mean something is wrong and should see a vet.
She could just be having a lazy day, or maybe feels a little sick. It could be a lot of things, just keep an eye on it and if it continues or gets worse i would look further into it.
