One of my two rattie girls, Talia, when i scratch her in a certain spot, she just starts vibrating, is this a good sign or a bad sign?
And lastly, why is she vibrating,. I think is cute.

It could be a few different things. If she is pulling away like you hurt her she may be injured or sick.
If she is a nervous rat she may be doing it because she is scared.
The final reason could be that she is in heat. Female rats go into heat every 4-5 days and they vibrate and shake their ears to attract a male rat.
My male rat will vibrate and chatter his teeth a bit if he is extremely happy so maybe she REALLY likes it when you pet her there.
I wouldn't worry unless she is showing other signs of illness or injury.
EDIT: I would say then that she is either in heat (does she arch her back and stick her butt up? This would mean she's probably in heat. One thing about rats in heat is that they like to present themself then run away only to come back a few moments later, they do this several times before they actually mate.) or she just really enjoys being petted.

Nahh, it's cool. Like, it's basically the same thing as a cat purring, but rats don't really make a lot of noise. The vocal cords still vibrate or something and they're smaller so the sound carries easier. If it only happens when you scratch or she's feeling comfortable then your're doing good!;]

shes probly got a piece of poop stuck up in her nose from you stuffing it up your butt . rats tend to vibrate when they are suffocating.
I think she likes it ....
Either that or you're bothering her.
