I don't think that small an amount is going to poison the city water supply, or anything.
The water will serve to dilute it. Added to the fact that any water going down a sink drain probably isn't destined for human consumption, at least not without a LOT of treating.
Some rats are probably going to eat it in the sewer and die, you horrible horrible monster! if i ever ... ah forget it i don't care about rats anyway.

call everybody in your area and warn them about what has happened!!
tell the rats in the neighbourhood too, they wouldn't be too pleased about a pellet of rat poising being on the loose.
