I was holding my hamster when i relized a brown lump on the bottom of my hamsters back foot and it seemed to be red and bleeding what could this be im extreamly worried and i care deeply about him .. iv had him for about 1 year and i am atatched to him please help me i dont know what it is or what to do advice please!
basically it sounds like bumblefoot (an infection from a sore on the foot) seek vetenarian help ASAP or try this website:

Okay, If he is in a cage what has a wired instead of a flat plastic bottom it could be bumblefoot ... If he is, then get him to the vet !!! Im sorry for your little guy, hope he gets better!!:)

bumblefoot i read about it online and in a book take him to the vet and they will give him antibiotics to help! good luck
