That cage is quite small. Both animals need a lot of space.
A guinea pig's cage should have plenty of space for them to run around and no high levels because they could fall and hurt themself.
For ferrets, the Ferret Nation cage is the best and easiest to clean cage on the market:

Not suitable for guinea pigs - they need a LOT of space. Plus, the little ramp going up could hurt their backs, could be too narrow, they could fall off, etc. etc. etc. And they also could fall out of the hammocks. I don't have any experience with ferrets, but I know they need a lot of room, so it may be a little small.
i would not recommend putting guinea pigs in there, they could try get onto two hammock, fall and hurt themselves badly (thats why my guinea pigs hammocks are low to the ground)

Probably fine for guinea pigs, but like other people said it could be too small for a ferret. Fine for rats though! Oh, and I can't picture a guinea pig using the hammock thingy.
Ferrets possibly but guinea pigs wayyy too small. Even ferrets would not be pleased. Guinea pigs need floor space top levels are a waste usually. You need 8-10sq ft for two guinea pigs.
ya is good for a guinea pig but not 2 ferrets just 1 small one but ya its good
I don't know about ferrets, but I can fit my child in there nicely
