I was wondering if bunnies stink?
So I want a bunny but do they stink??
Some say they do, but I personally don't think they do. You can litter train them just like a cat, so that would reduce the smell drastically. I found a good website for litter training my rabbit, and it worked like a charm.

Like hamsters, rats.. about the same. If you don't clean the cage frequently, yes they stink. But if you put your nose directly on the bunny and stiff it, I don't think he will stink! It's the cage that stinks the most.
Any animal stinks if you don't care for it properly. If you provide a clean and appropriate size living area and provide regular upkeep (i.e., clean up the poop and urine especially, as the urine is what smells most because of the ammonia), then no, rabbits don't smell. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

Rabbits are great pets but we aware they do take a decent bit of work, time, money, and of course love!

I have two adorable rabbits + work at a zoo
They only stink if you don't clean up after them enough.
Yes they do. They go to the bathroom very often so the pet store recommends that you change the cage every day to every other day. They smell pretty bad if you wait for a while though.

I had two bunnies. I guess I just liked how cute they were
Never really noticed ,as long as there cleaned out regularly and have sufficient space to exercise and keep themselves clean there's no reason they should smell, usually if an animal smells its a sign of illness ,except ferrets ,and that smell is soon got used to.

No, most herbivores don't stink since they eat only plant matter. My rabbit's poop or urine doesn't even smell. Make sure you don't give them fatty foods and clean its cage regularly. Even if its poop or urine doesn't stink if left uncleaned bacteria colonies can build up on it and make your rabbit get all kinds of diseases.
