Nothing seems to be wrong with her, she's pop corning a lot, she's still drinking some water and she's eating her timothy hay. But she's rarely eating out of her food dish. There's still timothy tots (which she loves) from a week ago, and i'm getting worried. I'm also wondering, do guinea pigs chose timothy hay over their regular pellets?

to keep your pet eating they want more then there normal food how would you like eating the same foods everyday once and while give it some (apples carrots celery) stuff like that

Give them a little variety.

And if you are truly concerned and worried about this situation, you can take the guinea pig to the vet for a check up. I don't think it's that serious, in my opinion. But, there is nothing wrong with taking the animal to the vet.
