Question for pet owners ?
Hi I am a pet owner and was wondering ( I saw a show so it made me think) can a person take care of 7 dogs and still have time to do other things or is having 7 dogs selfish because you can't give them all the love and attention they each deserve
answer:
My uncle owns a lot of dogs and always has and my aunt (His Ex but there still close) also has a lot and she is going to school to be a vet and takes care of all of them and they all get tons of love, but they also have a ranch so tons of room for the dogs to play and they have each other and my uncle has 3 or 4 dogs that he uses to help on the ranch (For cattle and when we go hunting) so they have fun doing that and they are all happy, but its best to start out with 1 or 2.
7 dogs?? That's way to many, why would you want 7? The pets will probably just entertain themselves with each other, because you definitely will not have enough time to give all 7 of them the attention they will want. But you have to look at the big picture, this is also a very costly investment..Think of all the food you have to buy, the cost to give them all the proper veterinary care they will need, all the poop you will have to pick up. Overall it is not a good idea. It is like having 7 kids. You have to be physically, mentally and financially prepared. If you are asking this question, than you are most likely not ready for this.
depends on how much free time u have in the day... pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com
Typically an average american has 2 dogs that provides equal love
Im a little surprised u have 7 dogs... its kinda of a shame because most dogs shouldn't lay babies otherwise they'll go to a pound. The solution would be adopting instead of hatching them. Other than that it also depends on the breed of the dog. Some dogs requrie a huge portion of love while other dosen't
I hope this helped
I personally think 7 is a wee bit to much unless you're counting like fish and stuff. I mean if you love them all and can care for them then that is all that matters but I personally think my 1 dog and 1 cat is plenty and give me plenty of company when I'm not working or doing anything with friends/family.
That depends on the situation. If its 7 dogs in a city home then in most situations I would say its probably not fair to the dog. In the country or on a farm that is a whole other story. But there are exceptions to every rule
It depends on the person. Some people may have to work all the time and then it would be selfish but some people are home and have lots of time to dedicate to their pets.
sorry i know this doesn't answer your question but. is the person who answered the second question being serious 'cause dogs don't "hatch".
Start with 2.It takes time for dogs to adjust to 1 another.
